The story started in Syria when I met my wife in a nearby restaurant, that's what they called love the first time around, I decided to go to the restaurant several times hoping for the meet again, and I did, Food & Cooking was the magical bond between us, especially as our parents are restaurant owners.

When we started having children, the kitchen was our comfort zone when we first arrived in Paris. We met so many people who made us welcome, to say thank you, we started cooking for them to share our culture, they loved it and we started to have more and more orders until we decided to do Ouzi.
